The Role of Sedition Pronunciation in the Approaches of the Classical Fiqh Literatures to the Woman's Worship in Congregation (A Critical Approach)
During the Islamic history there have been formed some pronunciations. It is very significant to determine these pronuncuiations because of the fact that they influ- enced social and religious life of human beings. One of these pronuncuiations is sedition (fitne). The term of sedition is used often in the fiqh books as a negative concept. But it has not been defined correctly. The Muslim jurists based on sedition justification in their some convictions. Especially in the process of determining the relations between the man and women sedition had an important role. In this article we dealt with the role of sedition on the hindrance worship of women and man in the mosque together. We also compared the period of prophet with the following periods in this issue. Concurrently we dealth with the opinions of the Islamic jurists with a critical point of view.
