Towards new technologies and applications for Smart Home Assisted Living: Enhancing cognitive rehabilitation for People with Mild Cognitive Impairments

ACROSSING (Advanced TeChnologies and PlatfoRm fOr Smarter ASsisted LivING) implements a multidisciplinary, cross-sector, pan-European training network aiming to knock down barriers between disciplines and between sectors through coordinated bottom-up research, intensive and extensive interactions. A promising individual project is investigating the use of Virtual Reality (VR) as one of the latest advances in cognitive rehabilitation for the treatment of cognitive deficits.
