Analysis of plasma irregularities on a range of scintillation-scales using the Resolute Bay Incoherent Scatter Radars

Description
Data files and code used in the analysis for Lamarche et al., 2019 (submitted). This study compares linear instability growth rates derived from measurements made by the Resolute Bay Incoherent Scatter Radars (RISR) with radio scintillation observed by a Coherent Electromagnetic Radio Tomography (CERTO) receiver at Resolute Bay. To run code, you must move both directories in Lamarche2019_data.zip into Lamarche2019_code.
