Experimental dataset of heated electrospray ionization and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectra of configurationally locked polyenes. The dataset is empirical proof of the validity of our new model equation connecting among the stochatic dynamic diffusion parameter, the temperature and the mass spectrometric measurable variable 'intensity' of an observable peak of analyte ion.
