This release is the version of stingray as reviewed by the Journal of Open Source Software in this review thread.
Changes to v0.1:
- JOSS paper as reviewed; includes changes requested by reviewer
- improved dependency management, including a new install tag for optional dependencies in the modeling subpackage.
