Supplemental Material S5. The file "S5_Blast_to_KU587705_Contigs.fasta" contains the top 100 contigs in a BLAST search of NCBI accession KU587705 against a database of 339 lichen metagenomes. The other, "S5_Blast_Other_Cystobasidiomycete_Accessions_Contigs", contains the top 100 contigs in a BLAST search of accessions KU948882, KU948747, KU948755, KU948887, KU948863, and KU948865 against the database of 339 lichen metagenomes.
