Description
- physiological imaging analyzer -
A graphical interface for tracking and correcting physiological calcium imaging (GCamp). Integrates automatic and manual inputs to optimize the resulting calcium traces. This was developed and tested primarily on single or dual color recordings of C. elegans neurons.
