Data.zip is a compressed folder that contains data relative to alternative splicing in paramecium and in human. This data set was compiled by Baptiste Saudemont, Alexandra Popa, Joanna Parmley, Vincent Rocher, Anamaria Necsulea, Eric Meyer, and Laurent Duret, for their study entitled "The fitness cost of mis-splicing is the main determinant of alternative splicing patterns".
