ITensor: Fixed complex ITensor svd bug

Description

  • Fixed major bug where svd of a complex ITensor with a negative scale could fail because the sign of the scale was only being included in the real part of the result. Thanks to Benoit Vermersch for catching this bug.

  • Introduced fabs(LogNumber) function.

  • Some tweaks to how Index, IndexSet, and ITensor are printed.
