Description

Structure used in the exploration of the dynamics of the Cx26 hemichannel and its interaction with a POPC bilayer through molecular dynamics simulations. The structure for the Cx26 was based on the work of Andrew Hung and Irene Yarovsky (doi: 10.1021/bi1004156). The POPC bilayer was built using the charmm-gui online server (doi: 10.1002/jcc.23702).
