Description
This is the initial release of scripts used to preprocess resting state fMRI data for analysis using GIMME. These scripts were developed and annotated by Adriene Beltz, Hailey Dotterer, and Leigh Goetschius.
If you would like to use scripts released in this version (v1.0), please reach out to Adriene Beltz, Hailey Dotterer, or Leigh Goetschius (email addresses in ReadMe file) with questions/for clarifications. The scripts are not completely annotated at this point.
