Description

The data refers to the output of a centennial simulation of a regional atmosphere-ocean coupled climate model. The atmospheric component is given by the model COSMO-CLM over Europe and it is coupled an ocean components given by the NEMO model and representing three marginal Seas: the Baltic Sea, the North Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. The data corresponds to a centennial simulation (1900-2009) with a spatial grid resolution of about 25km (0.22°). We do a spatio-temporal analyses of three variables: surface temperature, 2m temperature and total precipitation, as well as a description of some climate extreme indices regarding extreme temperature and precipitation over two stations of Germany.
