Archived KNIME and anaconda python environment for multiple-template-matching

This repository contains archived version at the time of publication of the KNIME installation, Anaconda python environment and KNIMe workflow to run multiple template matching in KNIME.

- KNIME.zip: Zipped KNIME installation for windows. Unzip and run the .exe to have a preconfigure KNIME installation (extensions...). Only the link to the python environment has to be set.

- MultiTemplateMatching.knwf: Workflow file that can be open in KNIME by double clicking

- PyEnv-KNIME-TemplateMatching.zip: preset Python environment for Anaconda. Unzip into a subfolder of PathToYourAnaconda/envs

Once KNIME and Anaconda are set, in KNIME point to the newly created python environment File>Preferences>KNIME>Python and set the Python3 path to the python.exe in the newly created environment folder PathToYourAnaconda/envs/Template_Matching-KNIME
