Description
This is the version of the MOM6 and SIS2 super-repository used in the results published in the documentation papers for OM4 (Adcroft et al., JAMES 2019), CM4 (Held et al., JAMES 2019) and ESM4 (Dunne et al. 2019).
This super-repository provides pre-processing for MOM6 input data (e.g. topography, tidal amplitudes, etc.), MOM6 and SIS2 run-time parameters, post-processing scripts (offline diagnostics and analysis), and all source code required for the ice-ocean (OM4) configurations via sub-modules.
