Development of a Cargo Encapsulating DNA Origami Nanomolecule - Team3

Description

Theoretical and experimental design of a box-shaped DNA Origami encapsulating Nanomolecule based on DNA locks and internal displacement reaction. These are the simulation files for the Box and Lid structures as well as the MATLAB files for post hoc analysis of the individual structures' energy outputs.
