Miniball/MiniballCoulexSort: MiniballCoulexSort for Coulex, SPEDE, CREX and TREX

Support is now included for the CREX and TREX along with the standard Coulex configuration. This code should work for data taken in the years from 2010-2012 and 2015-2019. It has not been tested on data from before 2010, although it may well work. If you have such a data set, contact @lpgaff with as much info as possible and I'll try get it working.

The addback procedure is operational with a number of options for rejecting events or summing segment energies. A full particle reconstruction is implemented, relying on the setting of threshold values on an individual channel basis (given in the calibration file).
