Description

XOR with phidl improvements

It first does a quick equality test using hash_geometry made by @amccaugh. Much faster because most of the time, most of the geometries are correct.

OASIS addons for phidl

These functions were added to the new module lytest.phidl_oas. They reduce the size of reference layout databases that are git-tracked by 3x–10x depending on the layouts.
