Description

Input and relevant data files for " Convection in Thin Shells of Icy Satellites: Effects of Latitudinal Surface Temperature Variations." Each compressed file corresponds to a specific Figure and all input files.

input.* are text files read by CitcomS (v3.3). grd files are the created grid files from CitcomS data. VTK files are processed CitcomS output used to generate figures. t files correspond to temperature output, vp corresponds to poloidal velocity output, vtot corresponds to total velocity output. l2_prat corresponds to degree and order l =2, m = all, while l20 corresponds to degree and order l =2, m = 0. Slice_ave files correspond to meridonal average data.  hflux is the heat flux, eII is the strain rate, e is the viscosity.
