Study on pressure measurement using Otto configuration based SPR sensor

Description

In this paper, we have fabricated Otto configuration based SPR sensor and have characterized the surface plasmon resonance effect with various pressure conditions using a wavelength of 975.1 mm. A gap distance between a prism and gold film was varied from 1.3 um to 2.45 um according to a change of the pressure conditions. The SPR sensor based on the Otto configuration is expected to be used as an effective pressure sensor.
