Description

This poster describes the process of harmonising primary care Electronic Health Records (EHR) data by converting it into the OMOP Common Data Model (CDM). The poster discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the OMOP CDM and challenges faced during vocabulary mapping with initial results of demographics concepts mappings.

This poster was presented at HIC 2018.
