Description

New functionality supporting the Unharmonised DR:

  • -f / --filter option for flexible filtering of variables in output json or csv file produced by get_variables_metadata existing command-line tool, and example config file for the filtering: scripts/examples/filter_variables.yaml
  • validate_DR_opportunity command-line tool to check a submitted Opportunity yaml file
  • make_variable_group command-line tool to general a Variable Group yaml from json or csv input
  • get_harmonised_DR_as_yaml_files command-line tool to render Harmonised DR content in yaml files following the format used for the Unharmonised DR, so that they are available for reference (not modification!) in the Unharmonised DR repo
