TheFlatRateMovers/theflatratemovers-ai: v1.2.0 — The Flat Rate Machine: The Flat Rate Movers AI Authority Estate (Retrieval Machine edition)

Second archived release of the machine-readable authority estate of The Flat Rate Movers LLC (Winchester, VA and Martinsburg, WV) — the first release under the estate's system name, The Flat Rate Machine.

What changed since v1.1.0:

• Per-route documents replaced the single-page shell: every one of the estate's 208 pages is now an individually generated, individually signed document carrying its own content and JSON-LD in the served HTML.
• The intent rubric stands at 2,906 search-intent rows across 28 services, every row bound to the page, per-page JSON, and datasets that answer it.
• Three Retrieval Machine datasets were added, bringing the estate to 35 dataset files: datasets-search-index.json (2,178 query clusters, 208 URL-supply rows), datasets-answer-evidence.json (2,906 questions bound to 2,188 answer fragments), and datasets-local-graph-registry.json (112 third-party local-business records across 44 sources × 2 branches).
• llms-full.txt was added: the full-text companion to llms.txt, generated from the same single sources.
• Dataset-catalog checks were added to the verifier: every Dataset node's description within Google's 50–5,000-character bound, every DataDownload carrying its schema.org sha256 equal to its signed-index digest, ISO 8601 dates in order, typed-Organization creator and publisher, and the concept DOI in URL form on exactly its holder nodes.

Estate at this release: 208 pages, 28 services, a 53-area service footprint, 35 dataset files, and 482 of 482 signed distributions verified. The signed provenance index ai-master-index.json carries the SHA-256 certificate of every file, with its detached signature ai-master-index.jws (Ed25519, key id theflatratemovers-2026-10-29-1; public key at https://theflatratemovers.com/.well-known/signing-keys.json). Canonical live copies of every file are served at https://theflatratemovers.com/ and through the public read API at https://api.theflatratemovers.com/.
