Computational evidence for First-passage attribution and regional particle energization in multiscale reconnection

Description
Computational evidence accompanying Taylor Kalin's methods comment, First-passage attribution and regional particle energization in multiscale reconnection. Software version 1.2.0 freezes selected computational files from Git commit 83660394cdbd789f297c6da5f18470c00942254a of https://github.com/Teylersf/multiscale-reconnection-audit.
This version retains the paired analysis of all 1,003 public histories (667 intermediate and 84 high records after the source cuts) and adds complete execution of the pinned original function on every released input. All 751 selected results and both index lists match exactly. It also adds 20,000 paired bootstrap replicates per band for three full-history alternatives and two estimands. The 240,000 shifts and percentile summaries were independently checked from compact records. These ranges are conditional iid empirical resampling diagnostics, not population confidence intervals, significance tests or continuous-work bounds. Unknown release probabilities and single-run particle correlations limit their interpretation.
The package contains original verification/acquisition/analysis programs, the pinned 32-file source inventory, numeric fixtures, compact per-particle exports, newly named v1.2 diagnostic reports and bootstrap replicates, figures and independent checks. Earlier frozen numeric evidence is retained. The 3,107,362,288 bytes of raw cohort arrays remain at their public OSF origin and are acquired only with the explicit serialized hash-verifying fetcher. No new PIC run, GPU or private HPC path is required. Read REPRODUCIBILITY.md.
