Evaluation Report on the Assessment by PADMICA Train-the-Trainer Pilot Participants

The PADMICA Train-the-Trainer module equips International Relations Officers, mobility coordinators, and other Higher Education Institution staff with the knowledge, skills, and pedagogical tools to deliver the PADMICA intercultural preparation and reflection modules for exchange students.

The first Train-the-Trainer (TTT) workshop, held in November 2025, was a pilot initiative to prepare facilitators to deliver the PADMICA Modules for Intercultural Preparation and Reflection at their own institutions. This training was internal to the consortium, i.e. targeted at staff members of the project’s partner institutions.

The second TTT pilot, planned to be external, mainly targeted staff members from international offices and student services at higher education institutions worldwide, with a special emphasis on European countries. 

This evaluation report provides an overview of the development and evaluation of the pilot workshops, including feedback received during and after the trainings, as well as the measures implemented after the pilots.

The module was developed within the PADMICA project, which aims to enhance outgoing students’ intercultural competences and improve the quality of their mobility experiences.
