State labor agency wage claims: figures printed in state reports

Authors/Creators

  • 1. Probative Growth

Description

Wage-claim counts that state labor agencies print in their own reports, one row per figure with the document's URL and a verbatim quote: the California Labor Commissioner's Office (wage claims filed in 2021, from its Labor Code section 96.1 report) and the Washington Department of Labor & Industries (wage complaints in state fiscal years 2024 and 2025, from its Workplace Rights Investigations reports). Each quote is re-checked against the document at each refresh. States whose pages block the fetcher or publish no count are not included.

3 records (status: P 3). Canonical page: https://probativegrowth.com/data/state-wage-claims/. API: https://probativegrowth.com/data/v1/state-wage-claims/index.json. Published by Probative Growth (probativegrowth.com), a marketing agency for US law firms; not a law firm. Not legal advice. These are counts state agencies publish, kept for research and marketing planning. A claim is not a finding that wages are owed; rights and deadlines are for your own counsel.
