The In Silico Abstraction Note

  • 1. Independent Researcher

Description

This specification formally updates the In Silico Abstraction Note to Version 3.0 (an editorial and structural revision of V2.0), maintaining the Hydra-Flux asynchronous exception grammar ([THROTTLE], [ISOLATE], [FLUSH], [RETREAT]) as an actionable engineering framework and middleware specification for High-Performance Computing (THMC solvers, Digital Twins) and AI/LLM orchestration. It establishes explicit mathematical proxies—including non-linear damping, topological Neumann flux nullification, and entropy-based dynamic resets—alongside a non-intrusive asynchronous interceptor pattern (HydraFluxMiddleware). Quantitative falsifiability criteria and benchmarking protocols are provided to measure divergence suppression and computational efficiency gains while consolidating open prior art across software and hardware layers.

Methods (English)

LLM-Assisted Synthesis Disclaimer

This abstraction note was prepared with the assistance of large language models used strictly as drafting, synthesis, and reasoning-refinement tools. Their role was limited to organizing the material, clarifying the internal structure, and helping accurately express the conceptual transposition of the cyber-physical architecture into digital twins, numerical solvers, and heuristic pruning engines. Such assistance does not constitute software benchmark validation, computational certification, peer review, or authoritative domain approval. The underlying architectural concepts, the invariant-driven Finite State Machine logic, and the computational exception grammar remain the original intellectual property of the author, released herein as Open Prior Art.

Changelog: V2 to V3

  • Structural Revision: Removal of an accidental formatting and section duplication from the previous release, formally establishing Version 3.0 as an editorial update.

  • Prior Art Reinforcement (Section 1): Explicit inclusion of hardware-level microcode implementations, specifically covering CPU/GPU schedulers, ASIC architectures, and FPGA control layers under the protective prior art envelope.

  • Legal Clarification (Section 1 & Abstract): Formal decoupling of the architectural prior art (preventing patent capture on methods) and the copyright licensing (protecting the document and computational proxies under CC BY-NC 4.0 against unauthorized commercial enclosure).

  • Python Pseudocode Upgrade (Section 5): Replaced non-standard exceptions with native RuntimeError to ensure dependency-free execution. Implemented the explicit entropy-triggered conditional rollback condition (if entropy >= self.thresholds.ENTROPY_MAX:).

  • Editorial Consistency: Systematic alignment of version tags (Version 3.0) across the Abstract, Table of Contents, and section titles.
