Description

Abstract:

Modern medicine, established on the foundation of chemical molecular formulas in the early 20th century, achieved brilliant successes in treating acute diseases, monogenic disorders, and viral infections—achievements we deeply revere. However, its core "confrontational" philosophy—continuously seeking chemical small molecules (drugs) for "blockade," "suppression," and "poisoning," along with tumor resection, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy—inevitably harms innocent cells while attacking targets, producing systemic toxic side effects that severely affect patients' quality of life. Moreover, drug resistance, toxic side effects, and "treating symptoms without addressing root causes" have become increasingly prominent. When confronting complex systemic diseases (such as cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and autoimmune disorders), this paradigm reveals fundamental exhaustion; when facing "Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Nipah virus, coronavirus, and Omicron," it is at a loss.

Today's scientific and medical frontiers—life sciences, nanotechnology, electromagnetic physics, systems biology, information science, AI, and microfluidic chips—are flourishing in their respective fields, about to converge into a technological storm!

As an independent scientific explorer, I humbly propose T.N.E.P.R (Telomere·Nano·Electromagnetic·Physical·Restitutionology), an emerging interdisciplinary science. Its philosophical foundation is the integration of "Systems Theory" and "Restitution Theory," with the central maxim: "Non-conquest, but restitution; non-replacement, but awakening." It aims to transcend traditional chemical intervention, instead employing nanoscale precision sensing and manipulation, utilizing specific parameters of physical electromagnetic fields as non-invasive information and energy media, deciphering and reprogramming cellular core aging and disease programs represented by telomere homeostasis, ultimately guiding the living system back to its original healthy state.

This paper elaborates on the underlying philosophy, core scientific questions, theoretical framework, and potential technological implementation pathways of T.N.E.P.R, and prospectively explores the ethical challenges and profound social impacts it may face. It revolutionarily proposes that medicine will undergo a paradigm shift from "biochemistry" to "biophysics."
