Submitted to Structural Safety and Reliability Engineering & System Safety (RESS) respectively. The package reproduces every numerical result, table and computed figure in both papers (see README.md and RESULTS.md). The code is released under the MIT licence; the synthetic data in the data/ folder are released under CC BY 4.0.
