The Wikaira Decipherment Framework: A Universal Administrative Ledger Model for Solved and Undeciphered Ancient Scripts

Description

This master scientific monograph establishes the Wikaira Decipherment Framework, proving that ancient undeciphered writing systems—including the Indus Valley Script, Cretan Hieroglyphs, Proto-Elamite, the Olmec Cascajal Block, and Rapa Nui Rongorongo—originated universally as live administrative ledger databases for resource accounting rather than spoken prose, royal genealogies, or religious poetry. The framework grounds its decipherment model in fully translated parallel accounting traditions: Predynastic Egyptian bone tags from Abydos (Tomb U-j), Mesopotamian Proto-Cuneiform tablets (Uruk IV/III), and Mycenaean Linear B archives (Knossos and Pylos). It establishes four universal epigraphic laws regarding materiality scale, sign economies, accounting syntax, and zero-sum casualty ration adjustments.
