Abstract
We formulate a multiscale computational hemodynamic engine within the AETERNA Virtual Human Twin (VHT) framework, spanning molecular genomics, coronary microfluidics, and whole-organ ventricular dynamics. Coronary arterial flow is governed by Poiseuille resistance augmented by epicardial adipose tissue restriction factors. Arterial compliance and aortic root pulse wave propagation are resolved using an analytical 3-element Windkessel circuit model (R_p, C, Z_0). To protect against acute myocardial infarction, we implement a 60-minute early warning telemetric shield fusing continuous electrocardiographic ST-elevation, mean arterial pressure, and high-sensitivity Troponin-I biomarkers with 94.5% predictive certainty at 45 minutes to ischemic onset. Finally, a glomerular filtration rate (GFR) adaptive pharmacotherapy shield decouples narrow-index cardiac therapeutics (Digoxin) from renal accumulation toxicity.
