Dla każdego z 195 państw świata (193 członków ONZ, Watykan i Palestyna) oraz Hongkongu: czy państwo sprzedaje osobom fizycznym obligacje skarbowe przy emisji, jakie produkty i z jakim oprocentowaniem, z adresem oficjalnego źródła przy każdym wierszu (stan na 25 października 2026). 106 państw sprzedaje ludziom obligacje, 6 płaci inflację z marżą ustaloną przy zakupie, 89 nie sprzedaje ich ludziom oficjalnie. Do tego 450 marż ponad inflację z 7 krajów (Polska EDO, USA I Bonds, Węgry, RPA, Włochy, Wielka Brytania, Czechy), seria po serii, od 1998 roku.

EN. For each of the 195 countries of the world (193 UN members, the Holy See and Palestine) and Hong Kong: whether the state sells government bonds to individuals at issue, which products and how they pay, with the official source for every row (as of 25 October 2026). 106 countries sell bonds to individuals, 6 pay inflation plus a margin fixed at purchase, 89 have no official sales to individuals.
