ABSTRACT: With a focus on law in times of crisis - in its literary transcendence, that is to say, of letters - the present work aims to identify and debate the transdisciplinary poetics of the Hermeneutics of Inequality by Taurino Araújo as an instrument for thinking about the present with a future perspective. It should be noted that the Hermeneutics of Inequality is a theory of law and the social sciences that considers inequality a fundamental concept for solving problems with widespread use in business, health, government, education, therapies, pedagogy and the third sector from the varied Hermeneutics in general, Philosophy, Sociology, Economics, History, Cybernetics, Anthropology, Semiotics and Law. Knowledge developed so that the analysis of judicial sentences and social, individual and creative processes starts from the most comprehensive possible mapping of reality; then, formulate provisional responses based on “law” and knowledge; then, formulate appropriate questions and doubts in view of the provisional answers and, finally, establish definitive answers within the application of a specific “law”, with a view to reality-dogmatic-zetetic-dogmatic. It is a genuinely Brazilian epistemology [as the Modern Art Week dreamed of, in its tension to consecrate the Brazilian canonical and at the same time to be the anticanonical of the rupture] — apart from the concept of absolute truth — encompassing at least 19 knowledge areas and, therefore, considered by Nelson Cerqueira an innovative monument au-delà of Socrates, Plato and Aristotle.
