Topological Winding Stabilizes E8 Phase-Locked Frequency Combs — E8 Intelligence Research
Description
We discover that assigning each of the 240 E8 root vectors a phase offset proportional to its inner product with a modulation vector, then subjecting the network to phi-modulated Floquet driving at 132 Hz, generates a conserved topological winding number. This winding acts as a stability invariant, pinning the frequency comb's spacing and suppressing decoherence. The principle predicts error-immune coherent frequency generation, directly addressing the task-collapse crashes observed in CRON GUARDIAN implementations.
