AIGovern-Cyber POC007: Obligation Promise Law to Success — historical reference capsule
Description
A dependency-free, self-contained Rust reference capsule derived from the ESS-MAI method by Bledar Gjata (ORCID 0009-0003-7854-266X). Publication bundle 0.1.2 preserves the historical capsule code; Cargo crate version 0.1.0. Twelve Rust tests pass with no failures, ignored tests or warnings; locked offline build and three fixed-fixture outcomes were executed. Source, tests, exact commands, provenance, prior art, limitations and AI-assisted working method are included.
This is a trusted-fixture, single-process research reference, not the full private AIGovern-Cyber product, a hostile-caller security boundary or a cybersecurity certification. Its shadow_verify trusts caller-built outcome data. R47 aggregate evidence in the archive describes a different private runtime and does not enlarge the public capsule claim. A valid older memory snapshot rollback remains a disclosed R47 limitation.
Bledar Gjata directed the architecture and reports inspecting code and execution through shell commands. AI assistance is disclosed. Independent reproduction, negative findings and critical review are welcome; review is voluntary. The organizational collaboration initiative is in formation; forthcoming rules have not yet been published.
