Contains all 2,938 Super Lotto (Da Le Tou / DLT) draws (2007-2026) from the official China Sports Lottery API with per-draw sales, pool, and per-tier winner counts; the full Python analysis pipeline (density replication of conscious selection at 1.184x, Z=+33.7; the 2007-2013 front-zone equipment bias with dual-source verification; the 2026 rule-change reverse-engineering; the payout-identity EV decomposition); the preregistered out-of-sample book ledger with ex-ante EVs; and the trillion-digit pi/e echo scan results (DLTScan).
