This volume contains the proceedings of the Second International Conference of the South Asian Society of Criminology and Victimology (SASCV), held on 11 to 13 January 2013 at Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, India, on the theme Revisiting Interpersonal Crimes and Victimization. The conference was organised by SASCV and the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, India. The volume is edited by K. Jaishankar and Natti Ronel. It presents 100 peer reviewed papers in five panels:

4. Culture Conflict and Victimization of Groups

The papers examine domestic and sexual violence, crimes against children and the elderly, trafficking, honour based crimes, the victimization of men, and online abuse, with a strong focus on South Asia. The volume is made freely available to support open access to criminological and victimological knowledge.
