ESMFold2 binder design with helix penalties: structures, optimization trajectories, and natural protein references

This dataset contains predicted structures, model scores, optimization traces, and protocols for 1,290 ESMFold2 binder designs across five targets, alongside natural protein reference structures and selection metadata. The publication’s code downloads and analyzes both ZIP archives.
