EMPLOYMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE, EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS, WORKING HOURS, REMUNERATION, AND PROTECTION AGAINST VIOLATIONS OF LABOR RIGHTS

This article examines the legal foundations for employing young people, the procedures for concluding employment contracts with them, the specific features of working hours and rest periods, remuneration issues, and mechanisms for protecting the labor rights of young employees. It also analyzes the protection of young workers from violations of their rights in the course of employment, legal relations between employers and employees, and labor guarantees established for young workers. The article addresses important issues related to ensuring the legal protection of young people in the labor market and providing them with decent working conditions, while proposing recommendations for improving legislation.
