Class Action Hero Open Settlements Dataset

Every open class action settlement in the United States with a live claim window, tracked with deadlines, fund amounts, eligibility criteria, proof requirements, and official claim URLs. THIS VERSION freezes the exact 288-row October 2026 build (open settlements as of 2026-10-24; total published funds $6,350,402,822.43) that the 'Who Pays, Who Lobbies' accountability join was computed against, so the join is reproducible against a fixed base. The live tracker has since added rows (289 at staging time); this frozen file does not track it. Freeze derivation: the tracker rows whose ids appear in the join's mapping.csv, in tracker order, with full tracker fields verbatim (frozen-settlements-288.json) plus a flattened CSV (frozen-settlements-288.csv). The one later tracker row not in this build is quadrant-technologies-wa-pay-transparency ($900,000), added by a feed refresh after the join was built. See FREEZE-NOTE.md in this deposit.
