Description
Version 2.0.0 of the TUBA artifact. It accompanies the revised manuscript on TUBA (epoch certificates, a Groth16 compliance relation over a committed supply-chain graph, and a device-side maturity rule for Digital Battery Passports).

- 02_original_runs_E009-E013: the runs cited in the manuscript — delay simulation v2 (E009), the gnark circuit C0–C7 over BN254 (E010), the TLA+ specification with TLC configurations and traces (E011), the compiled update benchmark (E012) and the Foundry gas project (E013). Each run has code, captured environment, logs and raw results.
- 03_re-execution: independent re-execution of E009–E013 on a second machine and additional controlled measurements (run IDs P1-E010 to P1-E025), with configurations, logs and comparison tables.
README_REVIEWERS.md explains the layout and maps each run to the manuscript. Local absolute paths that contained a user name were replaced by placeholders; REDACTIONS.csv lists every change. Some working notes and code comments in 03_re-execution are in Korean; commands, configurations, logs and numeric results do not depend on them.
