Kirdomicism Answers: Alternative Answers to Open Questions of Today and Tomorrow
Authors/Creators
Description
Kirdomicism Answers offers alternative answers to ten open questions now under debate in psychology, accounting, management, computer science, philosophy and Buddhist studies. Each chapter states a research question as researchers frame it, reviews current findings and where they stop, and sets out the answer of Kirdomicism, an action-centric philosophy founded by Yanyong Thammatucharee, as numbered, citable propositions with a real-life case and proposals for testing. Topics include the intention–behaviour gap and self-force; AI and deskilling; valuing the impact of actions, with good and harm never netted and “mending” as a third category; why human value stays hidden; judging AI’s returns with an accountant’s eye; human–AI teams; whether AI can know; an action-based alternative for AI alignment, introducing “slaie” for target-driven machine deception; meaning when AI does the work; and Ankamayat, an action-driven development of Buddhadasa Bhikkhu’s Atammayata. The book contains 61 propositions and six predictions. It is a living book; new chapters will be released as new versions.
