Dataset description

This is an sst Ai14 mouse brain. 
It expresses tdTomato in all sst neurons. 

The data were acquired on a BrainSaw STPT microscope using BakingTray.
The acquisition parameters are stored in the recipe file. The laser parameters are in the acquisition log file. 

This animal was acquired as internal standard template for reference and so is at unusually high resolution. 
Key acquisition settings:

920 nm excitation at around 150 mW at the sample. 
Note rich signal despite not being at peak of tdTomato excitation. 

1.2 x 1.2 x 5 microns, averaging 4 frames, 4 kHz resonant scanner, 
Acquiring "red" and "green" channels. 

## Data

There is a 10 micron/voxel isotropic dataset in `downsampled_stacks`
The full-resolution data are in the `channel*` archives. Channel `2` is the red channel and `3` is the green channel.
The full res data are TIFFs that have been lzw compressed. 
File naming convention: `section_10_02.tif` is physical section 10 optical plane 2. 

The full dataset is very large and so include a subset to fit within Zenodo's 50 GB limit. 
Thus we start at section 10 and finish at section 299 (total dataset had 380 sections). 
Section 10 has all optical planes. The rest have only the first optical plane. 

The full dataset is available on demand. 

NOTE

The original upload has the wrong dataset attached. This new version uploads the correct dataset. 

The file is split up strangely into multiple tar archives because Zenodo's upload process is frustratingly unreliable and keeps stalling.
