Global Private-Sector AI Assurance Landscape 2026
Authors/Creators
Description
This bilingual research report examines 24 private-sector AI assurance initiatives worldwide, focusing on the conditions under which AI-generated decisions and actions can be responsibly adopted and executed.
Using eight common analytical axes, the report compares execution controls, evidence verification, authorization, external outcome confirmation, and formal assurance. It distinguishes documented capabilities, prototypes, conceptual designs, and unverified claims based on publicly available primary sources and research.
The report also explores connections to international AI governance, including the Hiroshima AI Process, and proposes twelve test cases for future reproducible evaluations.
Commissioned by AI Assurance, Inc., which is also included among the examined organizations, the report explicitly distinguishes verified findings from remaining uncertainties. It does not constitute product certification, comprehensive market coverage, or a legal determination of patent priority.
