UGC creator pay rates and job listings (November 2026)
Authors/Creators
Description
Advertised pay and listing volumes for user-generated content (UGC) creator jobs, compiled monthly by Pitchlo from the paid UGC listings on its job board (public sources including Reddit, Upwork and Facebook, plus briefs posted directly by brands).
Three tables:
- ugc_pay_by_niche_and_pay_basis.csv: advertised pay (10th, 25th, 50th, 75th and 90th percentiles, USD) by pay basis (per video, per project, monthly retainer, per hour) and content niche. Searchable version: UGC creator pay data.
- ugc_job_listings_by_month.csv: reviewed UGC listings per calendar month, by niche and source. Searchable version: UGC Market Index.
- ugc_market_index_weekly.csv: the weekly UGC Market Index (live paid jobs, median listed pay, remote share, new jobs per week).
Headline figures (October 2026): the median advertised rate is USD 100 per video, with half of per-video listings between USD 50 and USD 200 (631 listings, December 2025 to October 2026). Flat-fee projects have a median of USD 150 and monthly retainers USD 400. See also how much UGC creators make and the live UGC jobs board.
Method: USD only; gifted-only listings, inverted pay bands, values outside USD 10 to USD 10,000, and rejected listings are excluded. Rows with fewer than 10 listings are not published and percentiles need at least 30. No brand, poster or listing is identified. Figures are advertised budgets, not settled pay. Monthly volume reflects which sources were collected (mostly Reddit until February 2026, mostly Upwork from July 2026) as well as the market. Full column definitions are in README.md.
A new version is published on the 1st of each month.
