Expanded audit of unlisted extreme environment datasets

This register documents accession-level absences from EEMC Supplementary Data 1. It separates reads public before the cutoff, later update opportunities, and candidates with unresolved eligibility. North/South labels concern sampling countries, using UNCTAD developed/developing categories as an operational convention; they do not classify nationality, hemisphere or research leadership. Antarctica is unassigned, and multi-country North/South projects are mixed.
