Replication package for "Direction-Indexed Negative-Control Bridging with Abstention under Hidden Confounding"

This deposit is the replication package for the manuscript "Direction-Indexed Negative-Control Bridging with Abstention under Hidden Confounding" (submitted to the Journal of Statistical Computation and Simulation). It contains the code, the fixed protocols, the stored raw results, and the table and figure scripts behind the numbers reported in the paper; each table script recomputes the paper's values from the stored raw results rather than hard-coding them.

The release is split into two archives that unpack into the same top-level folder: JSCS_124_replication_code.zip holds the analysis code, protocols, benchmark machinery and data-download scripts (MIT licence); JSCS_124_replication_results.zip holds the stored raw result files (CC BY 4.0). Extract both into one directory to obtain the complete repository.

Because of upload limits, the results archive is provided in 35 parts (JSCS_124_replication_results.zip.001 to .035); see HOW_TO_REASSEMBLE_RESULTS.txt to recombine them into the original JSCS_124_replication_results.zip.

To reproduce, install the pinned requirements, run data/download/verify_all.py, then run the scripts in tables/ and figures/ (about ten seconds once the dependencies are installed). Third-party datasets are not covered by these licences and remain under their upstream terms, documented file by file in data/README.md.
