Description
What was run, by whom, against what, and what it showed, including the disagreements, recorded by participants on the IETF SCITT mailing list between 14 August and 26 September 2026.
Twenty-six numbered rows, 29 findings, 31 items of record and 10 non-comparable pairs. Every person named other than the editor was sent the sentences describing their own work before the deposit. Sixteen of the seventeen answered in writing. One had not answered at the close. Corrections from the person named replace the editor's wording throughout, and each one is recorded as a correction rather than applied silently.
Two files deposit together and agree on every shared sentence. SCITT-Interop-Report-2026-10-12-r2.md, sha256 4ed8da17a025390489ebfde2a3599a05eefbb2be5740467f9f2df8e2af0a5795, 338,312 bytes. Interop-rows-2026-10-12-r2.txt, sha256 8a81e8195960c204bffc067dfd8494ae09be7386c13fe158d052822eabbe8816, 98,888 bytes. The rows file carries the 26 rows as plain text wrapped at 72 columns, with an index by contributor, so every digest, path and link can be copied whole.
What the report does not claim is at section 6.3. Vouching scopes, which are narrower than authorship and set by each person, are at section 6.5. Terms stated by contributors for their own words are carried verbatim at section 6.7, and an answer of no terms is recorded as an answer. No blanket licence is elected and each contributor keeps the copyright in their own words.
Nenad Vasic's contributions are at Elara Protocol, https://navigatorbuilds.github.io/elara-mesh
Version 1.1 applies four corrections that were in hand before the content closed and are not in the version 1.0 bytes, which stand at 10.5281/zenodo.23332159 with their own digests. The title's range ended at 6 September, the Part 0 close of the substantive record, as though that bounded everything recorded. Eight runs, readings and findings post-date it, the latest an endpoint read on 26 September 2026 at 13:55 UTC. The range now runs to 26 September 2026. No process date moves. Section 6.3 read eleven reproduction rows where the index and Part 7 read twelve; twelve is right. A source note at S30 called a 15-day interval six weeks. Row 20 carries a marked substitution for a service's earlier name, asked for by the author of the sentence and approved in that wording by the party named. Three of the four are corrections from the person named. The change list in the rows file names each one and who filed it. Two further questions are open with the contributors concerned and are not settled here.
