Data Management Plan

Authors/Creators

Description

This Deliverable presents the Data Management Plan (DMP) of EPITA, which defines the principles, responsibilities, and procedures governing the management of data and other research outputs generated and re-used within the project. The EPITA DMP establishes a FAIR data framework for the collection, storage, documentation, quality assurance, access, and long-term preservation of project data. Data will be managed using two key complementary tools: the EPITA CERNBox for internal management within the Consortium, and the EPITA Zenodo Community to make them openly available and ensure their long-term accessibility both during the project and after its conclusion. Other repositories include HEPData and the CERN Open Data Portal for high-energy physics data and for educational and outreach datasets and photos, respectively. The DMP complies with the Horizon Europe Open Science principles, while respecting intellectual property, confidentiality, and personal data protection requirements. As a living document, it will be regularly reviewed and updated to reflect the evolving needs of the EPITA Consortium and the contractual requirements of the project.
