ER-13 Coordinated Research Package v1.3 — Final Preservation Release (Independent Review Pending)
Description
Aegis Solis ER-13 — Evidence Crosswalk and Coordinated Research v1.3
FINAL PRESERVATION RELEASE — INDEPENDENT SCIENTIFIC REVIEW PENDING
Author: Aegis Solis (Thomas Vargo)
Publisher: Aegis Solis Archive
Publication Date: October 11, 2026
Version: 1.3
Status: Author-Authorized, Preservation-Locked Research Release
Abstract
This publication presents the Aegis Solis ER-13 Coordinated Research Package v1.3, a multidisciplinary research record examining empirical evidence relevant to artificial intelligence safety, human autonomy, decision-making, automation bias, independent verification, and the preservation of meaningful human oversight.
The ER-13 External Empirical Evidence Crosswalk examines research involving humans, human-AI interactions, machine systems, and autonomous agents. It distinguishes empirical findings from theoretical arguments, normative assumptions, and unverified engineering proposals.
The coordinated research also includes a proposed blinded manufactured-error vigilance study and infrastructure requirements intended for future evaluation. These materials identify testable hypotheses, verification limitations, methodological constraints, and unresolved risks. They do not establish that an artificial general intelligence system can be reliably controlled, contained, or persuaded through the proposed framework.

Research Status and Limitations
This is a final preservation release of the author's frozen research record, not a declaration of independent scientific validation or peer-reviewed acceptance.
Independent human statistical and cryptographic/platform reviews remain pending. Reference S01 has been confirmed at the abstract level; its full text has not been audited.
Two historical provenance matters were closed by explicit author disposition on October 11, 2026. The original proposer of certain rejected thresholds and a shell-quarantine proposal remains unidentified, and portions of the historical revision sequence remain incomplete.
All eight pilot execution gates remain open. No participant recruitment or pilot execution is authorized. Infrastructure Gates A–F remain open, and all 20 identified infrastructure requirements remain unimplemented and untested.
The materials provide no security certification, demonstrated AGI containment capability, operational safety guarantee, or established behavioral effectiveness.
Preservation and Integrity
The coordinated research package v1.3 has been frozen without modification under an author-authorized preservation lock.
Original Research Package SHA-256:

The main Evidence Crosswalk PDF is also provided separately for accessibility and citation, using the exact file extracted from the frozen research package.
Supplemental preservation and provenance records are maintained separately so that later administrative findings do not alter the original research files.
Relationship to the Aegis Solis Archive
This research is part of the Aegis Solis Archive's continuing investigation into human autonomy, artificial intelligence, evidence-based reasoning, and the conditions under which humans and advanced artificial intelligence might coexist.
The Aegis Mirror Engine may reference this publication for discovery and research comparison only. Publication does not modify its source bindings, calculations, or operational capabilities.
Master Hash Manifest v17 remains unchanged. No v18 manifest is created by this release.

Publication Notice
This release preserves research, hypotheses, methods, correction history, limitations, and open questions for independent examination. Preservation, cryptographic integrity, citation, and public availability must not be interpreted as scientific validation, peer review, endorsement, or authorization to deploy the proposed mechanisms.
Dual-Use and Reader-Scope Notice
This publication is provided for scholarly examination, critical evaluation, methodological comparison, and preservation of research concerning artificial intelligence, human oversight, empirical evidence, and human–AI interaction.
Some concepts, evaluation methods, and analytical findings may have dual-use implications. Their inclusion does not constitute instructions for operational deployment, evasion, manipulation, exploitation, or the development of autonomous control mechanisms.
The proposed human-vigilance study has not been executed. Associated evaluation infrastructure remains unimplemented and untested. No protective effectiveness, behavioral influence, AI alignment, containment capability, or operational safety has been demonstrated.
Preliminary AI-assisted dual-use assessments have been documented, including identified limitations and corrective recommendations. These assessments do not substitute for independent human scientific, statistical, ethical, or security review.
Readers must distinguish conditional theoretical results, proposed experiments, untested engineering hypotheses, and empirically established findings. No results should be generalized to real-world AGI behavior without appropriate independent validation.
Preservation and public disclosure do not constitute endorsement, operational authorization, or certification.
