LunarRF atlas v2.0: pole-wide 3GPP surface coverage of the lunar south pole (release bundle, statistics, candidate table, validation)

Description
Pole-wide 3GPP surface-coverage atlas of the lunar south pole (80°S–90°S) produced with LunarRF, with the 11,827-site candidate mast table and the validation records. The release is split into archives of at most 400 MB; MANIFEST.txt lists every file in every archive and SHA256SUMS gives the checksums. lunarrf_atlas_* archives extract into atlas_v2/ (160 m mosaics of every layer, 20 m windows around the Artemis candidate landing regions, context rasters, tables and run manifest); lunarrf_sideruns_* archives extract into data/ (reference-scenario and power-control runs). The full 20 m tiles (about 60 GB) are available from the authors on request.
Notes
Checksums: SHA256SUMS. Tars are uncompressed on purpose (GeoTIFFs inside are deflate-compressed); extract with tar xf.
